1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on BD Runny. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering on BD Runny, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. BD Runny uses this information to verify your identity and process payments correctly.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

BD Runny processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. No international bank transfers or credit card payments are currently supported.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your BD Runny account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. BD Runny does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. BD Runny aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• BD Runny reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• BD Runny is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals requested during system maintenance may be delayed. BD Runny will notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BD Runny offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by BD Runny are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. • Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used after real-money funds are exhausted, unless stated otherwise.
• BD Runny reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• BD Runny may set game-specific contribution rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on BD Runny — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and specialty games such as Super Keno and Mahjong Ways — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

BD Runny uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by BD Runny, the player, or any third party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the system.

7 Prohibited Activities

BD Runny maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on BD Runny (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
